The Ovarian Cancer National Alliance is the foremost advocate for women with ovarian cancer in the United States. To advance the interests of women with ovarian cancer, the Alliance advocates at a national level for increases in research funding for the development of an early detection test, improved health care practices and life-saving treatment protocols. The Ovarian Cancer National Alliance educates health care professionals and raises public awareness of the risks and symptoms of ovarian cancer.
Lana Antonova, the founder of WebVixxen Design, has lost her mother to ovarian cancer in 2000. “My mom fought her cancer with grace and humanity, courage and dignity…she was a very strong woman. I miss her every day!”

Pooses & Pups Rescue is a non-profit that rescues cats, dogs, and other pets from Los Angeles’s high-kill shelters and works to inprove the plight of homeless animals.
Lana’s love for animals is unsurpassed. She is an active donor to many other animal shelters & foundations, but has a special connection to Pooses & Pups as she adopted three kitties from founder, Mary Catalano, several years ago.
